If you are unable to attend your consultation appointment, please re-book or cancel within 24 hrs. If you do not re-book or cancel your appointment 24 hours in advance, you will forfeit your $75.
Laser Hair Removal
- Do not pluck or wax the hair 2 weeks prior to laser appointment
- Avoid sunshine or tanning for 4 weeks prior to the scheduled appointment
- Shave the area to be treatment 24-48 hrs prior to laser hair removal appointment
No Refunds for Services Rendered (or partially rendered). If a series of treatments has been purchased and the course of treatment must be interrupted or discontinued per client request, or due to external forces outside of our control (including but not limited to: global pandemic, government mandates, economy, etc.), credit on remaining un-used treatments after applying the full standard price of used treatments may be extended, and may be used to purchase other treatments or products offered by Blue Mussel Aesthetics. This is at the discretion of the Practice owners.
Refunds on Services Un-rendered. A refund on services purchased but not started must be initiated within 30 days of purchase. There is a 7-14-day wait time to processing a refund and a 3% administrative fee applied to the original purchase method and all types of payment.
